use cases
Find the page that sounds like your place.
Eight kinds of places, eight short pages. Each one says what you do, what you get and how to start. Every one of them begins with the guest book, register or sign-in sheet you already have, or a QR sign where there is none.
- Trailhead registers We have a register box at the trailhead. A ranger or volunteer photographs the pages on patrol. You get sign-ins by month and where hikers came from.
- Visitor center front desk Visitors sign the book at our front desk. Photograph the day's page, add a QR sign by the door, and put your visitor map on the lobby TV.
- Museum guest-book archives Years of old guest books are in our back room. Photograph a book a week over the winter, and they become a history of your attendance, year by year.
- Historical society grants The grant asks how many visitors we had. Your guest book already holds the answer. Get the numbers without retyping a page.
- Park departments We run many parks, and each one counts differently. One account for every park, a login for each person, and one report that adds up across parks.
- Tourism offices Our lodging-tax report asks for visitor numbers. Welcome center guest books and QR check-ins, exported as the figures your report asks for.
- Nature centers and refuges Our friends group runs the desk at the refuge. Numbers for the agency partner and for your own grants, from the guest book you already keep.
- Events and seasonal sites A clipboard at the gate is our only count. Festivals, boat ramps and campgrounds: a QR sign gives you check-ins by day and where people came from.
